I had a wonderful time during my stay at Kitabi's Ecolodge. The location is perfect for those seeking peace and a stunning view of Rwanda's tea plantations and rainforest Nyungwe. The staff, particularly Emmanuel, were fantastic and went above and beyond to ensure a memorable experience. The King's Room was spacious and comfortable, and sitting around the firepit with other guests was a highlight. The staff's willingness to send my forgotten luggage to Kigali was greatly appreciated. The on-site food, grown on their own slope, was a unique and delicious touch. a humbling and amazing getaway in the heart of nature.
Would recommend this hotel.

The view from the hotel was breathtaking, with stunning scenery that left us in awe. the location was also excellent, offering easy access to nearby attractions and activities. the staff were friendly and accommodating, always going the extra mile to ensure our comfort and satisfaction.
There were a few aspects that left us disappointed. the check-in process was a bit chaotic, with a lack of organization and a wait time that was longer than expected.

I recently stayed at the Kitabi Ecocenter for two nights and it was an absolute delight. The location is truly unique, with stunning views of the mountains and tea plantations. The traditional huts were charming and had plenty of places to relax and enjoy the views. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the dinner at the restaurant was delicious. I especially appreciated the hot water bottle provided on the cold nights.

I always go back for a peaceful stay. The friendly staff helped with suitcases, made me feel welcomed. I found everything I needed - free parking, luggage storage, bar, restaurant, picnic area. Hiking, yoga, and a children's play area made it perfect. Coming back for Easter.

I recently stayed at Kitabi Ecocenter for a weekend getaway. The staff, all local, were incredibly friendly and helpful. They made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The location, just 45 minutes from Nyungwe Forest, was convenient and the views of the tea plantations were breathtaking. The traditional huts were well-made and comfortable, and the highlight of our stay was enjoying delicious homemade pizza cooked in the traditional stone oven.
Can't recommend this hotel highly enough.

The view from the accommodation was absolutely stunning, with misty forests and hills of tea plantations in sight. It was definitely a wow view that added to the overall experience. the staff, especially Manager Irene and another friendly lady, were very helpful and accommodating. They went out of their way to assist and make the stay enjoyable.
There were a few disappointments during the stay. there were no lights or torch provided in the tent, which made it difficult to navigate at night.
